Required Qualifications
- Valid LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker license in Alaska
- LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker (2 years of experience)
- LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- Master's degree in social work
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting

Unit Details
- Care Management Social Work provides psychosocial/emotional support, psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, brief clinical interventions, resource navigation, coordination of care, suicidality screening, safety planning, harm reporting, and coordination with outside entities
- Social Work is split into Emergency Department, Children’s, and Adult teams
- Children’s Hospital team supports pediatrics, PICU, NICU, and maternity units
- Adult team focuses on inpatient units for patients over age 18
- Clinicians work closely with RN Case Managers and the care team
