Overview
- Full-time travel/contract PT Home Health position in Ohio
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Coverage locations include: 45202, 45210, 45214, 45217, 45219, 45220, 45229, 45206, 45207, 45212, 45237
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio
- BLS

- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
- Physical Exam
- Alternate Solutions - Hep B Form
State-Specific Requirements
- Ohio: BCI/FBI fingerprint result attestation completed at the time of offer
- Indiana: fingerprint results completed within 30 days of hire
- Michigan: MI LARA fingerprint results completed at the time of offer
- Missouri: Highway Patrol check results completed prior to employment
- Virginia: VSP national criminal background check fingerprint results completed at the time of hire
Health Documentation
- Flu vaccination or exemption may be required during flu season for Home Health/Hospice candidates working at Redcrest locations
- COVID vaccination + 1 booster is required for candidates in Virginia, with medical or religious exemptions accepted
