Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Tucson, Arizona
13-week assignment
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Arizona
Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
Experience in a(n) Critical Care setting
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

PALS certification

Work Setting / Clinical Areas

Pediatrics

PACU

Key Responsibilities

Provide respiratory treatments including MDI, nebulizers, ABGs, bedside PFTs, NIF, VC, trach care, oxygen therapy, CPT, CPAP, BiPAP, and HHFNC
Transport patients

Additional Notes

Not open to first-time travelers
Not open to local candidates
Do not submit to multiple positions
EPIC experience required
1 day of didactics and 2 days of orientation included
