Schedule
- 4x10 or 4x12 day/evening rotation
- Includes 2 weeks of nights per contract
- At least 2 short calls each 4-week schedule
- Weekends required
- Evening shift options: 1:00 PM–11:00 PM for 4x10; 11:00 AM–11:00 PM for 4x12
- Day shift options: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM for 4x10; 7:00 AM–7:30 PM for 4x12
- Wednesday day shift options: 9:00 AM–7:30 PM for 4x10; 9:00 AM–9:30 PM for 4x12
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
- 1 year of Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
- Experience in a high-capacity operating room
Onboarding Requirements
- Resume showing the past 7 years of work experience
- 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- Photo ID badge photo
- Fit test for N95 within 365 days of start date, with annual updates
- Respirator medical clearance attestation, if required for the skill
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
- Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- Education verification
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Beeline attestation
