Location

Contract

  • 13 weeks
  • LTA employment type

Schedule

  • 4x10 or 4x12 day/evening rotation
  • Includes 2 weeks of nights per contract
  • At least 2 short calls each 4-week schedule
  • Weekends required
  • Evening shift options: 1:00 PM–11:00 PM for 4x10; 11:00 AM–11:00 PM for 4x12
  • Day shift options: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM for 4x10; 7:00 AM–7:30 PM for 4x12
  • Wednesday day shift options: 9:00 AM–7:30 PM for 4x10; 9:00 AM–9:30 PM for 4x12

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
  • 1 year of Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
  • Experience in a high-capacity operating room

Onboarding Requirements

  • Resume showing the past 7 years of work experience
  • 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
  • Photo ID badge photo
  • Fit test for N95 within 365 days of start date, with annual updates
  • Respirator medical clearance attestation, if required for the skill
  • MMR documentation or proof of immunity
  • TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
  • Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
  • Criminal background check
  • Massachusetts CORI check
  • Education verification
  • SSN trace
  • National sex offender check
  • Exclusion checks
  • Confirmation of assignment/POI form
  • Beeline attestation

Optional

  • Chest x-ray documentation if there is a positive TB test or TB titer
