Job Description
As a Registered Nurse in Medical/Surgical, you will be responsible for:
- Interpreting medical care plans and assessing patients' clinical needs.
- Providing safe, competent, and individualized nursing care.
- Administering medications and monitoring patients for reactions or side effects.
- Recording medical information, vital signs, and changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Modifying treatment plans based on patient responses and conditions.
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Practical nursing skills and knowledge of care required for various age groups.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

- No prior travel experience is explicitly required for this position.
- Contract length is approximately 13 weeks (about 3 months).
- Night shift position.
