Location: Salem, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Perform diagnostic CT procedures with a high level of proficiency following established policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines.
• Ensure patient safety during all procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work night shifts: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.
• Operate GE CT scanners (experience preferred but not required).
• Administer IV and oral/GI contrast.
• Respond effectively in emergencies.
• Document in EMR systems (Epic, Visage).
• Rotating shifts may be required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year.
• Experience operating GE CT scanners.
• Proficient in IV and oral/GI contrast administration.

Required Onboarding Credentials and Compliance

• Documentation of immunity or vaccination for MMR (measles, mumps, rubella).
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test) and updated if break >6 months.
• Physician health statement within 1 year of start date and updated if break >6 months.
• Criminal background check and Massachusetts CORI check within required timeframes.
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state.
• Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or above.
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year.
• Confirmation of assignment form upon acceptance and for extensions.
• Education verification of highest level achieved.
• Social Security Number trace as part of background check.
• National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• Exclusion checks against OIG, GSA, and state Medicaid exclusion lists within 30 days of start and annually.
• BLS certification (AHA only accepted for this location).
• Primary source verification of professional license/certification within 30 days of start date; MA conditional licenses not accepted.
• N95 fit test within 1 year of start date and updated annually (no exemptions allowed).
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required.
• ARRT certification verification.
