Job Opportunity: Nursing Supervisor (RN Supervisor)

Work Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• Rotating shifts

Licenses & Certifications Required

• Massachusetts RN License (no conditional licenses accepted)
• BLS (AHA preferred)
• ACLS (AHA preferred)
• PALS (AHA preferred)

Mandatory Trainings & Compliance

• Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form (upon acceptance and for extensions)

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Fit Test for N95 respirator (within 365 days of start, updated annually)
• MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
• Influenza vaccine (required during flu season Sept 15 - April 30; no exemptions)
• TB Test (skin test or blood test within 3 months of start, updated if >6 month break)
• Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA (within 365 days of start, updated if >6 month break)
• Optional but strongly preferred: Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity proof
• Optional: Tdap vaccine within 10 years
• Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation

Additional Notes

• No religious exemptions for fit testing or flu vaccine
• Fit testing updates can be done onsite only if assignment is extended beyond original length
• All credential verifications and background checks must be completed as per facility policy

This position is ideal for an experienced RN Supervisor licensed in Massachusetts, comfortable with rotating shifts, and able to meet comprehensive credentialing and health requirements. Shared housing is provided, supporting travel nurses relocating for this assignment.
