Job Details

• Start dates available: 2/2, 2/17, or 3/2
• Standard contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift options:

  • 4x10 or 4x12 hour shifts, Day or Evening rotations
  • Evening shifts: 1pm-11pm (4x10), 11am-11pm (4x12)
  • Day shifts:

    • 7am-5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (4x10)
    • 9am-7:30pm Wednesday (4x10)
    • 7am-7:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (4x12)
    • 9am-9:30pm Wednesday (4x12)
• Includes 2 weeks of night shifts per contract
• Weekend shifts included, with 12-hour shifts on weekends and 8-10 hour shifts during the same week to meet contracted hours
• Must have experience working in a high-capacity operating room

Required Experience

• Specialty: Certified Surgical Technician

Credentials & Compliance Requirements

• Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated annually
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30), no exemptions
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test), updated if >6 month break
• Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break
• MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required
• Criminal background checks including Massachusetts CORI, national sex offender check, exclusion checks, and SSN trace required within specified timeframes
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city & state required for submission
• Two recent references required (minimum one supervisor or above in skillset)
• Skills checklist and candidate submission coversheet required for submission
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is required
• Additional preferred but optional: Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity, Tdap vaccine within 10 years
