Position is a backfill for an existing staff member.

Required Credentials and Compliance

Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA certified

Licenses

Valid Nursing License (Nursys verification required)
Professional State License compliant with applicable state executive orders and board guidelines for temporary licensure, emergency waivers, or licensure by endorsement. Out-of-state licensure accepted when permitted.
License/Certificate Verification required
