Job Opportunity: RN NICU

Location: Austin, Texas
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Job Description

Minimum 2 years of Neonatal ICU (NICU) experience required.
Nurse-to-patient ratio varies by patient acuity:
- ICU status: 1:1 or 1:2
- Stepdown/non-ICU: 1:3

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas.
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience).
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year.
BLS issued by American Heart Association.
PALS issued by American Heart Association.
NRP issued by American Heart Association.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Driver's License.

Onboarding includes several mandatory assessments and documentation submissions prior to and during assignment.
Optional items include unit-specific checklist, badge photo, and post-assignment evaluations.
