Location: Bartlesville, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 07:00 AM – 05:30 PM

Job Summary

• Assist with procedures and provide diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients.
• Prepare and position patients, select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within scope of practice and regulations.
• Observe patients during procedures, report abnormal activity, and monitor protocols for updates.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform specialized imaging procedures including angiography, complex vascular and nonvascular interventional and therapeutic procedures.
• Assist Radiologist/Physician Assistant during procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards.

Required Qualifications

• Current professional license for Cath Lab Technician as required by state regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Cath Lab Technician specialty (default to highest requirement if discrepancy).
• Completion of specialty competency exam with minimum 80% passing score, updated every 3 years.
• Completion of core competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics with minimum 80% passing score, updated every 3 years.
• Color vision test completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
• Fit test for respiratory protection completed prior to start and updated annually.
• Documentation of immunizations and health screenings including:

  • MMR (two vaccines or positive titer; no declinations accepted)
  • Varicella (two vaccines, serological evidence, or verified history; no declinations accepted)
  • Tdap (valid within 10 years; no declinations accepted)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination
  • 2-step PPD or IGRA testing for TB with annual questionnaire
  • Health statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
• Negative 12-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually.
• Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry, and others within 90 days prior to start, updated annually.
• Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days prior to start.
• Employment verification for past 7 years, updated annually.
• Driver’s license or state ID valid and matching address requirements.

Additional Requirements

• Signed assignment agreement prior to start.
• Professional resume/profile and at least two professional references required before assignment.
• Badge photo (forward-facing headshot with white or blue background, no alterations).
• Completion of onboarding education attestation (6 hours pre-hire training).
• Skills checklist completed within one year of start and updated annually.
• Confirmation of assignment documentation upon initial assignment and extensions.
• Compliance with flu season mask policy if influenza vaccine exemption/declination is declared (flu season October 1 through March 31).
