Schedule notes: At least 1 year of travel experience required; 36 - 48 hour contracts acceptable; every other weekend required; required holidays per unit need

Valid RN license in Florida
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Med Surg experience within the last year
1 year or more of total travel experience
Surgical Oncology experience
Driver's License
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start

Ascension Profile
Ascension 2 Professional References
Ascension Skills Checklist, clinical only, completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty
