Job Overview

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour evenings, 11:00 AM–11:30 PM, with flexibility to 12-hour nights
Schedule: Every 3rd weekend; includes night call or 8 hours of night call within a 6-week period

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (3 years of experience)
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Onboarding / Health Requirements

MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
Hepatitis B series, positive titer, or declination
TB test completed within 60 days prior to start
Physical/health statement within 12 months prior to start
Drug screen completed within 60 days prior to start
Criminal background check completed within 90 days prior to start
Fit test required for direct patient care positions
I-9 E-Verify attestation

Additional Notes

Influenza vaccine is listed as optional, with exemptions accepted case by case
Tdap is listed as optional and required only for pediatric positions
