Job Opportunity: CT Technologist
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Sat/Sun: 7 AM - 11 PM (64 hours)
- OR Fri, Sat, Sun: 7 PM - 7 AM (72 hours)
- Option to add an 8-hour shift during the week for additional hours
Required Experience

Required Credentials & Compliance
Personal Health History Requirements (Must be completed prior to onboarding)
- COVID-19 Vaccine (including Sept 2025 booster) or approved exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
- Fit Test (specific to Iowa - 1860 mask only)
- Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted
- Influenza Vaccine: Proof or declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL) for flu season 10/1/2024 - 4/30/2025
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for MI and certain states
- Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report
- Physical/Health Statement: Exam within last year confirming fitness to work
- Drug Screen: 9 or 10 panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (NO THC)
- Tdap: Current, non-expired vaccine; declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction

- Resume and Skills Checklist within the last year

- Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County - last 7 years)

- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days

- Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
- Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
- National Sex Offender Registry (NSO) check within 30 days (including statewide for MI)
- System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
- Code of Conduct Form
- I9 Verification (completed by agency)
- Specialty Specific Competency Testing (completed within last year)
- Color Vision Testing
Certifications
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification required for all direct patient care personnel
License
- License/Certificate Verification dated within 30 days of start (state verification required; for CA, a hard copy license photo is also required for RNs)
