Job Opportunity: NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Flexible with shift start dates (options include 5/4 or 5/18)
  • Requires working 4 weekend shifts per scheduling period
  • Rotating day/night shifts (3 shifts per 12-hour rotation)
  • Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience within the last year
  • Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

  • Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
  • Must be able to comply with all credentialing and onboarding requirements prior to start date
  • Fit testing cannot be performed onsite; must be completed prior to assignment start
  • No religious or medical exemptions allowed for N95 fit testing
  • Contract requires flexibility with weekend shifts and rotating day/night schedule
