Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Overnight)

Location: Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Schedule: Overnight, 7 days on / 7 days off
Housing: Shared housing provided (no pets or overnight guests allowed; must bring own transportation)

Job Description

• Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures during overnight shifts.
• Position duration: approximately 13 weeks (May 26 to September 1, 2026).

Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certification

• Valid CT Technologist license in Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience.
• CT Technologist experience within the last year.

Health & Safety Requirements

• Documentation of immunity or vaccination for:

  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (two MMR vaccines or proof of immunity via blood test).
  • Tuberculosis (TB) screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test) and updated if break >6 months.
  • Tdap vaccine within last 10 years (preferred).
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity preferred but optional.
• Physician health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
• N95 respirator fit test within 365 days of start date, updated annually; no exemptions allowed.
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is needed.

Background & Compliance Checks

• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, updated if break >6 months.
• Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date, updated if break >6 months.
• Social Security Number trace covering last 7 years.
• National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start date, updated annually.
• Exclusion checks against OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid lists within 30 days of start date, updated annually.
• Education verification of highest level achieved.
• Name change documentation if legal name differs from credential documents.

Submission Requirements

• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state.
• Two professional references within last 4 years (minimum one supervisor or above in relevant skillset).
• Completed skills checklist within 1 year of submission.
• Candidate submission coversheet (current version).
• Confirmation of assignment/point of information form upon acceptance and for any start date changes.

Additional Notes

• Shared housing agreement required only if moving into provided housing.
• No onsite fit testing available; must complete fit test prior to start.
• Must bring own transportation to and from work and housing.
• No pets or overnight guests allowed in shared housing.
