Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS
NRP
AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Experience with Epic

Health and Compliance Requirements

COVID-19 vaccine or declination accepted
MMR: 2 vaccines or positive titer; booster or declination accepted if low/equivocal
Hepatitis B: 2 vaccines or positive titer; booster or declination accepted if low/equivocal
Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer; booster or declination accepted if low/equivocal
Tdap valid for 10 years
TB test within the past 2 years, with additional documentation required if there is a prior positive TB test
Health statement within the last 12 months
Fit test completed prior to start
Color vision test within 1 year
Influenza vaccine or facility declination accepted

Schedule Notes

Not part of a regular call rotation
May occasionally be placed on call during periods of low census
