RN Emergency Room

Overview

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
Schedule: Every other weekend or based on department needs; every other holiday rotating with regular staff

Role details

ED nurse role with 2 years of ED experience
Must have at least 2 prior travel contracts
Expected to care for critical care patients
Must be able to care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations
May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
2 or more completed travel assignments
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
TNCC
NIHSS
MAB
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Med Psych patients
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Driver's License
