Job Overview

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiation Therapist license in Iowa
Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
1 year of Radiation Therapist experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

Influenza vaccination, declination, or exemption
10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
MMR immunity documentation
