Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Home Health

Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)

Job Description

Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes with periodic office meetings.
Average caseload: 5-6 patients per day.
Types of visits: Start of Care, Follow Ups.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Weekend rotation: None.
On-call: None.
Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic; average travel 40-50 miles per day, up to 100 miles on some days.
Coverage area: Within a 50-mile radius of Fredericksburg, VA.
Workload driven by coverage needs during hiring/training of new PT staff.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
Minimum 1 year of recent Adult Home Health physical therapy experience.
Experience working with adult patients in a Home Health setting.
Current BLS certification.
