Overview

Travel/Contract role in Edmonds, Washington
13-week contract
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
36 hours per week
1st Time Travelers Accepted
Locals at same rate

Unit / Setting

Mixed Tele and IMCU on two floors
IMCU is on 3E with a 1:3 patient ratio
Tele is on 2E with a 1:4 patient ratio
Must be IMU Level RNs for this PCU

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with mechanical ventilation
Experience with BiPAP
Experience with CPAP
Experience with cardiac drips
Experience with neuro checks
Experience with the care and management of invasive lines
Experience with intubation
Ability to obtain 12 Lead EKG
Experience with epidural pumps
Experience with feeding tubes

Preferred / Additional Experience

May float to IMCU, Tele, and CDU
