Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
• PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Military Training Network or Heart & Stroke of Canada
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

• COVID vaccination: preferred, but not required.
• Charge RN or above: preferred for references.

Additional Notes

• Fit Mask / RespSafety Clearance: required within 6 months of start; if not completed before start, it can be scheduled onsite at the facility.
• Flu vaccination/documentation: required during flu season; medical or religious exemption forms are allowed, and no declinations are allowed.
• Facility documents: orientation guide, post test, non-employee personal information sheet, confidentiality agreement, dress and grooming standards, harassment-free workplace, information technology acceptable use policy, parking information, and medication test study guide must be reviewed or completed as applicable.
