Location: Woodward, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Total Staffed Beds: 5
Charting System: Epic
On Call: Yes
Floating: Required within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities
Block Schedule: Not accommodated
Local Radius Rule: Must live more than 75 miles from the contracted facility (locals not accepted)
Return to Office (RTO) Restrictions: No more than 5 days allowed

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, with OR experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
EKG/Dysrhythmia competency
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
