Job Description

• Position in Pre-Screen Unit; clinical fit determined by clinical team and manager interview.
• May be asked to float across county lines if patient care requires.
• Could care for COVID patients.
• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
• Weekends and holidays as needed.
• Call requirements: None.
• Return to Office (RTO): Maximum 7 days.

Required Qualifications

• Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy - Outpatient)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty
• License: Pennsylvania PT license required
• Certifications: EPIC experience required
• Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

Work Environment & Expectations

• May be required to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Floating across county lines may be necessary based on patient care needs.
• Facility is tobacco and fragrance free.

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam within 90 days of start, signed by MD, DO, PA, or NPT
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years
• Negative TB test (QGold or TSpot) within 90 days of start (PPD not accepted)
• Immunizations or positive titers for:

  • Rubeola (Measles) - 2 doses or positive titer
  • Mumps - 2 doses or positive titer
  • Rubella - 2 doses or positive titer
  • Hepatitis B - positive titer or full vaccine series (3 doses) or declination with booster
  • Varicella - 2 doses or positive titer
• Seasonal flu vaccination or valid medical/religious exemption required during flu season
• COVID-19 vaccine, medical/religious exemption, or declination accepted
• Respiratory safety clearance within 1 year of start, renewed annually
• Negative 9-panel drug test within 1 year (Aya requirement only)
