Job Opportunity: PT Outpatient - Therapy/Rehabilitation
Location: Waynesboro, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Travel/Contract

Job Description
- Position in Pre-Screen Unit; clinical fit determined by clinical team and manager interview.
- May be asked to float across county lines if patient care requires.
- Could care for COVID patients.
- Tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
- Weekends and holidays as needed.
- Call requirements: None.
- Return to Office (RTO): Maximum 7 days.
Required Qualifications
- Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy - Outpatient)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty
- License: Pennsylvania PT license required
- Certifications: EPIC experience required
- Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
Work Environment & Expectations
- May be required to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Floating across county lines may be necessary based on patient care needs.
- Facility is tobacco and fragrance free.

- PA FBI Fingerprinting (required within 1 year of start; candidate may start with results pending but must be finalized within 45 days)
- Education verification (highest level of education)
- Professional references (2 within last 3 years)

- Skills checklist (annual)
- Performance evaluation (completed onsite during assignment)
Health & Immunization Requirements
- Physical exam within 90 days of start, signed by MD, DO, PA, or NPT
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years
- Negative TB test (QGold or TSpot) within 90 days of start (PPD not accepted)
- Immunizations or positive titers for:
- Rubeola (Measles) - 2 doses or positive titer
- Mumps - 2 doses or positive titer
- Rubella - 2 doses or positive titer
- Hepatitis B - positive titer or full vaccine series (3 doses) or declination with booster
- Varicella - 2 doses or positive titer
- Seasonal flu vaccination or valid medical/religious exemption required during flu season
- COVID-19 vaccine, medical/religious exemption, or declination accepted
- Respiratory safety clearance within 1 year of start, renewed annually
- Negative 9-panel drug test within 1 year (Aya requirement only)
