Job Description

• Position: Vascular Radiology Technician with experience as a Cath Lab Tech or IR Tech
• Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) with call rotation and weekends as needed
• Flexibility required to stay longer if needed to care for last patient
• Call rotation requires being located within 30 minutes of the facility
• May care for COVID-19 patients
• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty (may consider candidates with less experience)
• Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required

Required Certifications & Licenses

• ARRT certification required
• License: Relevant to Radiology Technician / Interventional Radiology discipline

Required Qualifications & Compliance

• Background Checks: 7-year criminal background check, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, PA FBI fingerprinting (must be completed within 1 year of start; can start with results pending but must be finalized within 45 days)
• Education Verification: Highest level of education must be verified (degree, diploma, or transcripts)
• Professional References: 2 professional references within last 3 years
• Skills Checklist: Required annually
• Performance Evaluation: Completed onsite during assignment
• Employment Application/Resume: Most recent required

Required Health & Immunization Documents

• Physical Exam: Within 90 days of start, signed by MD, DO, PA, or NPT
• Immunizations/Vaccines:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
  • Negative TB test (QGold or TSpot) within 90 days (PPD not accepted)
  • Rubeola (Measles): 2 doses vaccine or positive titer
  • Mumps: 2 doses vaccine or positive titer
  • Rubella: 2 doses vaccine or positive titer
  • Hepatitis B: Positive titer or full vaccine series (3 doses) plus declination form if applicable
  • Varicella: 2 doses vaccine or positive titer
  • Flu Vaccine: Required during flu season (or valid medical/religious exemption)
  • COVID-19 Vaccine: Dose 1 required or medical/religious exemption/declination accepted
• Drug Testing: Negative 9-panel drug screen within 1 year (Aya requirement only)
• Respiratory Safety Clearance: Required within 1 year of start, renew annually

• Photo for badge: Passport-style, professional, clear photo required
• Completion of facility-specific documents including:

  • Non-Employee Affidavit
  • I9 Attestation and Documentation Attestation (agency completed)
  • Completion of Learning Management System (LMS) modules (for RNs and CNAs only)
