Job Overview

• Location: Lebanon, Indiana
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 hours, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Weekly schedule: 4 days between Monday and Friday
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Holiday requirement: Must work at least one holiday
• Local candidates: Accepted within a 50-mile radius of the hospital

Required Qualifications

• Medical Lab Technician (5 years of experience)
• Medical Lab Technician experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• Medical Lab Scientist experience

Required Health and Compliance Items

• Physical exam within 12 months of start, updated annually
• Fit test within 12 months of start, updated annually
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start, renewed annually
• Measles immunity by positive titer or 2 vaccines
• Mumps immunity by positive titer or 2 vaccines
• Rubella immunity by positive titer or 2 vaccines
• Hepatitis B immunity by titer, declination, or vaccine series
• Varicella immunity by titer, 2 vaccines, or history of chicken pox
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
