Job Overview

• Location: Hagerstown, Maryland
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
• Hours per week: 36
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Setting: Busy Level 2 Trauma Center with high-acuity patients; 54-bed ER averaging about 220 patients per day

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maryland
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• 1 year or more of total travel experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• TNCC
• NIHSS issued by American Heart Association
• Experience with Epic

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• 2-step PPD or negative TB test/chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Flu vaccine required; exemptions and declinations are not accepted
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit test within 1 year of start
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
• Proof of MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B immunity/vaccination/declination as applicable
• Background check and verification requirements as listed by the client
