Neuro ICU

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Dayton, Ohio
13-week contract
Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
48 hours per week
Must be able to work a minimum of every other holiday
Fast-paced ICU treating neurological diseases and disorders, seizures, and strokes in a comprehensive stroke center
Also treats overflow ICU patients from Medical Surgical ICU and Heart and Vascular ICU

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Neuro ICU (2 years of experience)
Neuro ICU experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Stroke experience
Experience with Epic

Floating

First to float at discretion
May float in and out of the specialty cluster
If assigned to MVH, floating includes Main Campus (Dayton), South Campus (Centerville), and North Campus (Englewood)

Scheduling Notes

Must be available to work every other weekend/holiday
RTO must be requested with initial submittal; no RTO added after offer
RTO approval is at manager discretion

Additional Notes

Current resume/application required
Current Nursys report must be included with submittal
