Job Overview

- Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
- Hours: 40 per week
- Schedule Notes: Rotating every other weekend; holidays as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in Illinois
- Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support
Additional Notes
- Background check required before start, including criminal, alias, county, and national sex offender searches
- Online training modules must be completed prior to orientation
- Badge photo must be submitted 2 weeks before start
- Fingernail policy must be signed prior to start
- Compliance checklists must be completed and submitted
- TB questionnaire required annually in lieu of annual TB test
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation required
- Flu medical or religious exemption requires facility-specific forms and approval
