Assignment Details

• Travel/contract role
• 8-week contract
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts as needed
• 1:1 patient ratio
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Start date: 3–4 weeks out per compliance tier

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Ability to circulate in the Operating Room
• Ability to scrub in the Operating Room
• Ophthalmology experience
• Orthopedic Surgery experience
• OB/GYN experience
• Colo-Rectal Surgery experience
• Plastic Surgery experience
• ENT Surgery experience
• GI Lab experience

Clinical Skills / Case Mix

• Must be able to circulate and scrub
• Eye cases: cataract, cornea, eye muscle, oculoplastic
• Orthopedic cases: total shoulder, rotator cuff, ACL, complex knee scopes, ORIF hands, nerve cases in arms and legs
• GYN cases: hysteroscopies, D&C
• General surgery: diagnostic laparoscopies
• Colorectal cases: EUA, hemorrhoids
• Plastics: breast revisions
• ENT: endoscopic sinus surgeries, tonsils/adenoids
• Cardiac: ICD/pacemaker changes, loop recorders
• GI lab scrubbing and circulating colonoscopies and upper endoscopies is a bonus

Schedule / Work Expectations

• No weekends
• No call
• Does not float outside scope
• 1 request for time off per contract

Additional Considerations

• CNOR is a plus but not required
• Parking has a daily charge for day shift; straight night shift parking is free
