Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hours and visit times may vary based on home care office needs
Self-scheduled visits

Role Summary

Home health skilled nursing role providing home skilled visits, typically 6–8 per day.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Home Health (1 year of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License
Experience with infusion
Skilled home care experience
OASIS training and experience
IV skills and wound care
Experience with PICC line or Midline care and dressing change
Experience with congestive heart failure (CHF) care
Experience with COPD care
Experience with myocardial infarction (MI) care
Experience with pneumonia care
Experience with stroke care

Required Experience / Clinical Background

General Medical Dx
High risk diagnoses: HF, COPD, MI, Pneumonia, Stroke
Post-op care

Patient Care / Skills

Cardiopulmonary assessment
Basic wound care
ABI compression dressing
Wound vac dressing
Pleurx / Aseptdrain care
Foley catheter change and care
Staple/suture removal
Glucometer use
Pro-time machine use
SQ/IM injections
Lab draw venipuncture
PICC line or Midline care and dressing change
SQ port access/deaccess

Will not accept private duty nursing experience only
