Travel/Contract, 12 weeks

Shift

Night shift, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00

Unit / Setting

24/7 department
Covers all floors in the hospital
Includes a 30-bed ICU, 25-bed Open Heart unit, 25-bed NICU, and a 47-bed / 5 Trauma ED

Patient Population

Neonates to geriatrics

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Georgia
Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience with ventilator management
Experience with medicated aerosol treatments
Experience with BiPAP management
Experience with intubation
Ability to perform arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and analysis
Experience with chest physiotherapy (CPT)
Experience with nitric oxide management
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Details

Floating within facility / scope of practice as needed
No call
Every other weekend
Maximum 7 days of RTO
Locals accepted at same rate
Scrubs: any color except all red or all navy blue
