Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Everett, Washington

• 8-week assignment
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 10:30–21:00
• First-timers accepted
• Local candidates not accepted
• Float required
• No weekends required
• No call required
• Guaranteed hours: 70 per 2-week period

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
• 1 year of PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Assignment Details

• PACU role
• Level II Trauma Center
• ASPAN standards are followed
• Patient population includes pediatric (1yo+), adults, and geriatric patients
• Cases include same-day surgeries, inpatient admits, and observation patients
• Surgical mix includes vascular, general surgery, orthopedic, pediatric, urology, gynecology, neuro/spine, podiatry, ophthalmology, thoracic, trauma, bariatric ENT, oral, plastics, cardiovascular lab, and Interventional Radiology
