Cath Lab Tech - Travel/Contract

Location: New Orleans, Louisiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Shift: Day shift, 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Call Requirement: Yes, rotating weekends
Holiday Requirement: Yes, rotating holidays
Return to Office (RTO) timeframe: 5 days max

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- ARRT-R (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Radiography)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- LSRT (Louisiana State Radiologic Technologist license)
Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Health & Compliance Requirements

Negative TB or chest X-ray per state requirements (client does not require a copy)
Hepatitis B series, titer, or declination accepted
Physical exam, drug testing, seasonal flu vaccination, and certain immunizations are not required for this assignment but may require attestation
Passport-style photo with solid background required for badge

Additional Notes

Medication test/pharmacology competency exam and other competency exams are required for agency compliance but not required by the client to start the assignment
References may be required per agency standards but do not affect client start eligibility

This position is ideal for experienced Cath Lab Technologists with required certifications and Epic experience, willing to work rotating weekends and holidays on a travel contract basis.
