Shift Information

• Shift: 4x10 Evenings (1300-2330)
• Weekend Requirement: Will work every other weekend
• On-call Requirement: Yes, on-call and holidays as needed
• Floating: No floating within scope to meet facility needs
• Local Candidates: Accepted with no radius restrictions

Experience and Certification Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
• Certifications Required:

  • ARRT
  • ARRT-CT
  • BLS
  • State license (active IL state license required or in application process)

• CT Skills/Experience:

  • Abdomen and Pelvis CT (with and without contrast)
  • Chest CT (with and without contrast, Vascular chest)
  • Head and Neck CT (with and without contrast)
  • Image Display and Post Processing (3D rendering, Multiplanar reconstruction)
  • Professional Knowledge (Isolation Precautions, Radiation Safety, Starting Peripheral IVs)
  • Special Procedure Skills (Coronary CTA)
  • Spine and Musculoskeletal CT (Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic)

Additional Information

• Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per assignment without compensation for cancelled hours.
• RTO Restrictions: Discuss time off requests with the manager.
• Background Check: Required within 30 days of start covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years.

Health and Safety Requirements

• Physical Exam: Required within a year of start
• Drug Testing: 9-panel drug screen required within 30 days of start
• Vaccination Requirements: Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption required
• TB Testing: 2-Step PPD, TSPOT, or Qgold within a year of start

Documentation Requirements

• Driver’s License/State ID: Required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and others as specified
• Education Verification: Initial degree verification required
