Technologist - Mobile X-Ray/EKG

Location: Florence, South Carolina

Role Overview

• Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services across various settings including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Prisons/Jails, and Home Health.
• Use portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to perform and process X-Rays.
• Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images as ordered by physicians.
• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to Cardiologists for interpretation.
• Maintain and operate portable X-Ray equipment and vehicle.
• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with dispatch, management, peers, supervisory staff, and clients.

Physical Demands

• Ability to push/pull equipment weighing 50-100 lbs multiple times daily (16 to 24 times).
• Use of vehicle ramps and pulleys may reduce physical strain.

Requirements

• Maintain required South Carolina state licensure and ARRT certification.
• Valid driver’s license in South Carolina, in good standing.
• COVID-19 vaccination required or approved exemption documentation.
