Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Rehabilitation (1 year of experience)
Rehabilitation experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or US Military
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or US Military
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or US Military
Driver's License

Preferred

BLS, ACLS, and PALS from AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted

Additional Details

NBO: 16 hrs
EMR: EPIC
Winter holidays: traveler will be required to work 2 of 3 (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)
Limit of 1 day off request between 11/25-11/29 and 12/23-12/27
Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver’s license
