Registered Nurse – MST Float Pool

Location: Trenton, New Jersey
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced MST (Medical-Surgical-Telemetry) RN to join the Float Pool team. The role requires floating between multiple MST units and Emergency Department (ED) Holds as needed.

Schedule

• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience, with at least 1 year of recent Med Surg experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Additional Information

• Must wear navy blue scrubs
• EMR system used: Cerner
• Any missed scheduled shift must be made up within the same week; overtime is not permitted for make-up shifts. If not made up, the assignment end date will be extended accordingly.

• Immunizations: Hepatitis B, Influenza, MMR, Varicella, TB screening
• Various mandatory trainings and attestations

This position is ideal for RNs with solid MST experience who are flexible and able to float across units including ED Holds.
