Job Details

• Inpatient coverage for MedSurg, ER, and ICU
• Mainly adult patients, with some pediatrics and rare babies
• RTs draw ABGs, provide nebulizers and breathing treatments, teach inhaler use as needed, manage vents, BiPAP, and heated high flow, and perform EKGs when the Diagnostic department is closed
• Must be able to assist with intubation
• No call requirement
• Weekend requirement is every 3rd weekend
• Holiday work is available if the traveler wants to work a holiday
• Travelers must be flexible with scheduling
• Block scheduling may be allowed if it fits the facility’s needs
• Scrub color is wine/burgundy/maroon; Cherokee brand is preferred
• Department orientation depends on skills and experience
