- Nights: 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
- Evenings: 2:30 PM–1:00 AM
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacist license in Virginia
- 2 years of pharmacist experience
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
- Experience in a hospital setting
- Dose Edge IV experience
- Pyxis experience
- Vigilanz experience
- Vancomycin AUC dosing experience
- Aminoglycoside dosing experience
- Renal dosing experience
- Warfarin experience
- Enoxaparin experience
- Electrolyte protocols experience
Experience / Skills
- Experience with complex patients, including trauma/burn/critical care, pediatrics, cardiac surgery, and ECMO
- Experience with Meditech
- Experience with vancomycin AUC dosing, aminoglycoside dosing, renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, and DOACs
Responsibilities
- IV verification
- Medication verification
- IV compounding as needed
Unit Notes
- No floating
- Scrubs preferred in silver or purple
- Hospital experience is required
