Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Location: Florence, Alabama
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Profile

  • Floor: 3400 Med-Surg
  • Number of Beds: 18
  • Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
  • Patient Ratios: 1:6
  • Equipment: EHR system (Meditech)
  • Shift: 3 for 7a and 3 for 7p
  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
  • Weekend Hours: Rotating weekends
  • Call Requirements: None
  • Float Requirements: Yes

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Minimum 5 years of Med-Surg nursing experience
  • Med-Surg experience within the last year
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
