Minimum Qualifications 
<ul><li>Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.</li><li>Active Florida State PTA license required to start the assignment.</li><li>BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.</li><li>Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.</li><li>Experience with restorative nursing programs, transfers, ambulation training, and ADL-focused interventions preferred.</li><li>Ability to follow established care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.</li><li>Shift Name: Days.</li><li>Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.</li><li>Typical schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.</li><li>Start: ASAP. Contract length: 13 weeks.</li></ul>
