Location: Rio Rancho, New Mexico

Job Details
- Work setting includes Skilled Nursing on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and Long-Term Care (LTC) on Thursday.
- Day shift, working alongside a Medication Technician and another Nurse.
- Must be proficient with PCC (PointClickCare), MAR (Medication Administration Record), and TAR (Treatment Administration Record).
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of Plan of Care (POC) required.
- Reliable candidate with no history of No Call No Show (NCNS) or frequent call outs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN / LVN license in New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN / LVN experience, including experience within the last year.
- Skilled Nursing experience.
- Long Term Care experience.
