Minimum Requirements 
<ul><li>Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.</li><li>Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.</li><li>BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.</li><li>Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required.</li><li>Demonstrated ability evaluating and treating adults with post-acute and chronic conditions, including mobility and functional restoration.</li><li>Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs and Medicare/Medicaid regulatory requirements.</li><li>Ability to work independently and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.</li><li>Preferred: prior travel PT experience and proficiency with restorative nursing programs.</li></ul>
