Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Travel)

Location: Tomahawk, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Employment Type: Travel
• Shift: 8-hour variable shifts
• Hours: Guaranteed 72 hours per week; overtime after 80 hours worked in the second week
• Weekends: 2 weekends per month
• Holidays: Every other holiday worked
• Float Requirement: Must float to other locations within the North Region (Rhinelander, Eagle River, Howard Young)
• On Call/Call Back: As needed; minimum 2-hour call back
• Charting System: EPIC experience required
• Equipment Used:

  • Epic EHR
  • Merge PACS
  • Siemens Somatom Definition AS CT scanner
  • ArtPix DR with GE Proteus XR room
  • Carestream DR portable

Required Qualifications

• License: Wisconsin CT Technologist License
• Certifications: ARRT (CT) Registered, AHA BLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of CT experience required (highest requirement found)
• Prior Travel Experience: At least one completed travel contract required
• Skills: Ability to perform both Diagnostic and CT procedures

Additional Information

• 50-mile radius rule applies
• GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• During flu season, travelers who decline flu and COVID vaccinations must wear a mask at all times per facility policy; non-compliance may result in corrective action
