Palliative Registered Nurse

Overview

Travel assignment in Wausau, Wisconsin
13-week contract
Start date: ASAP
12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Guaranteed 48 hours per week
Primary location: Wausau
Unit has 10 beds
Patient ratio: 5:1 RN ratio
Primary cases: Palliative, Comfort/Hospice, Med/Surg

Required Qualifications

Wisconsin RN license
AHA or ARC BLS
2 years MS experience
Med/Surg skill set
Epic experience

Preferred

1 year inpatient Palliative Care experience
Experience in Palliative Care/Hospice

Float Scope

May float to any inpatient unit

Additional Notes

Eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
Travelers may be asked to work only 4 or 8 hours of a shift during low census
Scrub colors: any color
