CVOR Nurse - Wenatchee, Washington

Schedule: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (0700-1930), 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Washington State or Compact RN Licensure
• CVOR specialty experience (years of experience not explicitly stated)
• Active BLS & ACLS certifications
• Must adhere to Washington Nurse Practice Act and facility/unit standards
• Will be taking call

Job Functions

• Coordinate and provide high-quality, compassionate patient care using nursing process and unit standards
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures/treatments
• Evaluate discharge plans for appropriateness and patient education needs
• Accurately document care, assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Collect patient information to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Perform ongoing holistic assessments and respond appropriately
• Address physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative patient needs
• Educate patients, families, and significant others with timely health information
• Maintain current knowledge of workflows, processes, and evidence-based procedures
• Delegate and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Participate in performance evaluation and improvement processes
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Maintain a clean and safe environment according to hospital and unit policies
