Job Opportunity: General Radiographer - Technologist

Location: Norfolk, Virginia
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (four 10-hour shifts)
On-Call: Rotating call

Job Description

Perform radiologic imaging procedures primarily using X-ray equipment, with occasional assistance in CT imaging.
Interview patients to understand their issues and collect/document necessary information.
Properly position patients during imaging procedures.
Work mainly in pediatric radiology.

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technician license in Virginia
Minimum 1 year of Radiology Technician experience within the last year
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience working with pediatric patients
