Travel PPV Registered Nurse (RN) – Dallas, Texas
Job Type
- Temporary contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
- On-call/weekend requirement: 1 weekend every 6 weeks, 1 weekday on-call every week
Work Setting
- Home Health care
- Patient visits within Dallas and surrounding areas
- Mileage reimbursement provided between patient visits
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by physicians
- Coordinate total plan of care with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and community resources
- Ensure continuity of patient care through planning and communication
- Perform duties within a Point of Care setting
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience within the last year
- BLS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software
