Location: York, Maine

Job Details

  • Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical Surgical Care
  • Shift: Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 pm to 7:30 am)
  • Hours: 36 hours per week
  • Schedule: Every other weekend required, no call, no block scheduling
  • Specialty: Medical Surgical Nursing
  • Preferred Experience: Telemetry experience preferred
  • Required Experience: Previous Medical Surgical nursing experience only

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Maine
  • ACLS certification
  • BLS/BCLS certification
  • Flu vaccine mandated by the State of Maine

Additional Information

  • Accurate timecard submission is mandatory; improper timecards will be rejected and not processed.

Summary

This is a 13-week contract for an experienced Med Surg RN to work night shifts in a medical surgical unit. Prior medical surgical experience is required, with telemetry experience preferred. The role requires active RN licensure and current ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications. The position includes every other weekend work but no call or block scheduling.
